I came to this business as an artist and creative designer rather than as an expert in coding and html. Of course, good coding is very important and I use the very best and latest but I also realised after speaking to a lot of website owners that the thing they were most unhappy with was the look and design of their site. The single most common complaint I hear is,

"My site doesn't reflect who I am or what I do."
